Though it seems a distant possibility as of now. but you never know.
What you need is a Web Cam attached with your TV set. Plus a email service software on your IPTV set-top box.

it is not yet present on IPTV. it might be that you are speaking and tv cam catches and pick audio. send it across the internet as a mail.
